My background started in Finance where I had the opportunity to learn all aspects including cash flow, credit control, purchase ledger, trial balance, etc. This gave me a good grounding on understanding the needs of a business. Also understanding the needs of sales and the integration with accounts is imperative.

I pursued a career within recruitment as I was increasingly frustrated when trying to fill positions as a General Manager, only to be sent CV’s by agencies that really did not have the relevant experience that I was looking for.

I am experienced in the use of Sage and Microsoft Office and have vast training experience.
